Welcome to Hedgerow Culbertson Run.  We are a small community located near Downingtown, PA.  Our community consits of both single homes and townhomes, with ammenities such as a community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, a basketball court, a pond and much more.  We are roughly 3 miles from the Rt. 30 bypass and 10 minutes from the PA turnpike.  Situated on Rt. 322, in East Brandywine township, we are surrounded by mostly open land, and are within a short drive of Marsh Creek, French Creek and Hibernia parks.
